Joey and Stephanie have shared 37 wonderful years of marriage and are the proud parents of four children. United by a dream to create something meaningful together, they poured their hearts into building a family business. After years of planning, research, and dedication, Redline Fitness came to life.

Previously known as Gym 365, this cherished fitness center has been a pillar of the Mocksville community for over a decade. With the launch of Redline Fitness, the space has been transformed with a fresh identity, a passionate team, and a renewed focus on family values and fostering community connections.

As a true family-owned and operated business, Joey and Stephanie work hand in hand to ensure the gym remains clean, welcoming, and inspiring for both long-time members and newcomers. Stephanie, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, is thrilled to be accepting new clients and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Joey began his bodybuilding journey in 1989, competing in his very first competition. After years of successfully running his own painting business, he has now returned full-time to his true passion: fitness.
