The door is locked. How do I get in?
For the safety and security of our members, our facility remains locked at all times. Only current members with proper access or individuals with scheduled appointments are permitted entry. Members are instructed not to open the door for anyone without authorization.
If you’re interested in a tour, membership, or day pass, please ensure you book an appointment in advance. We look forward to assisting you!
Do you accept Silver Sneakers or Renew Active?
We proudly accept Fit-On Health insurance
and provide exclusive discounted PIF rates for seniors.
I was a member before, do I have to pay the enrollment fee again?
If you canceled your membership within the past year, the enrollment fee will be waived when you rejoin.
However, if your membership was automatically canceled due to non-payment, the enrollment fee will apply when starting a new membership.
Former Gym 365 members are not retained in our system and will need to complete re-enrollment, including payment of the enrollment fee.
When are staffed hours?
We operate by appointment only to ensure personalized service.
Appointments are typically available between 11 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Reach out to us to schedule your visit.
Do you have showers?
Absolutely!
Our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms are equipped with showers and lockers, available for all members to use.
Don't forget to bring your own towels, toiletries, and a lock for your locker.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Be sure to secure your belongings with a personal lock.
How do I cancel my membership?
Canceling or suspending your membership is quick and hassle-free.
You can do it effortlessly by calling us, sending an email, or using our convenient member app.
Please note: If you cancel your membership while carrying a balance, payments will continue until the balance is fully cleared.
An email confirmation will be sent once your cancellation is processed. If you don’t receive this email, your request has not been received.
I lost my key fob/my key fob broke.
Need an extra key fob or a replacement? Get a new one for just $5.
If your key fob becomes damaged or stops working, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Do you have tanning beds?
We do not offer tanning beds.

Do you have childcare?
Please note, we do not provide child care services, and for safety reasons, children are not permitted on or near the equipment.
Membership and workout access are available to individuals aged 14 and older only.
Can I bring a guest?
Great news! Members can bring an unlimited number of guests.
Guests are welcome for just $5 per visit. They will need to sign a waiver at the front desk each time they join you. As the member, you are responsible for your guests. If cash payment is not provided at the time of the visit, the charge will be added to your account.
Please note: This is different from a Day Pass option for non-members.**
Do you have personal trainers?
We offer a selection of personal trainers who work at our facility. To connect with them, please reach out to them directly. Each trainer manages their own schedule and pricing.
Can you make a fitness plan for me?
Our owners bring a wealth of expertise with their backgrounds in fitness and personal training. They are dedicated to supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals and are always happy to provide guidance on diet and exercise to help you stay on track.
